See time off in the work log

Ever waited for a teammate at a daily standup, only to remember they told you two weeks ago they’d be out?

You can now see time off directly in the work log. When you group by author, yellow annotations show when team members are away. This helps you understand activity patterns without pinging colleagues while they’re out.

This is especially useful during daily standups, retrospectives, or when checking in on your team. Instead of wondering why someone hasn’t been active, you’ll see at a glance that they’re taking time off.

To get started, navigate to the work log and group by author. The feature is available for organizations that have connected their HR system or uploaded time off data.
